New Patients - please book an Inital Assessment. Returning patients with a new injury or if you have not been seen at the in the last 6 months please book an Initial Assessment so there is time to do a full assessment or reassessment. At this time Crista MacMillan is not taking on any new patients, so please book an Initial Assessment with either Grace Cave or Adrianna Mann.

Adrianna graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Health and Education in 2007 and went on to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2009. Upon graduation Adrianna worked in the acute care hospital setting including a 2 year position at King Edward Memorial Hospital in Bermuda. Having worked from acute care to complex continuing care Adrianna has a special interest in working with clients with complex medical needs and improving her clients quality of life and level of independence through movement. Adrianna is ADP authorized for mobility aids and has taken a number of continuing education courses with focuses on traumatic brain injury, cardio respiratory, neurological and oncology physiotherapy. Adrianna looks forward to continuing to develop her skills in order the better serve those in the community.

As a mother of 3 boys you will often find Adrianna in her car, at the rink or at the gym practicing what she preaches.

Grace is a Physiotherapist who completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2025, after graduating with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours from Brock University in 2023. She brings a strong academic foundation, diverse clinical placement experiences and has been with Move Better Physiotherapy since October 2025. She sees a vartiety of injuries, conditions, ages and stages of rehabilitation. Growing up in Morewood, a small community in the North Dundas region, she values the importance of supporting people in rural areas and is passionate about helping individuals of all ages restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their goals. She has worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is eager to continue developing her skills through mentorship and ongoing education. Continuing her professional development Grace completed a taping course and woked at a professional curling tournamenet as the onsite physiotherapist. Outside of the clinic, she leads an active lifestyle and enjoys participating in a variety of sports. Curling has been a lifelong passion, and she continues to compete at a high level. She values the balance that an active lifestyle brings to both her personal and professional life.
